eBay scam advice need

Three days ago I bought ccc.com domain on ebay and paypal seller $300. The seller did not pushed the domain to my enom account but simply changed the whois information to my exept for email(he got this information from my paypal payment). After that he said that everything has been done and stopped answering to my emails.
Please advice

Did you pay via CC?

is it possible he's made a mistake and is going to do it, i persume this is now a few days old?

with proof of purchase maybe the registrar will help, although most dont,

best bet if you have been scammed is to either:

A: chargeback with paypal
b: file a dispute with them
c: give him another email with a final warning.

theres not much you can do with this IMO, only to try and get the cash back, unless that is you really really want the domain, then your going to have to get really agressive,

as most people have said in the past, buying domains on ebay isnt a good idea, to many loopholes for the scammers.

I would also approach this from the Ebay perspective. Inform them about the sellers practices, ect. Leave negative Feedback.

I am going through my own issues on eBay. I buy domains all the time on eBay, but mainly either average LLLL.com from a few sellers or cheap domains I plan to develop. However I bought one I really liked recently but the seller still hasn't contacted me. Buying on eBay is a crap shoot.

If things do not work out, I'd be interested in seeing the listing to see if it is one of the more common language used in the listing, or if there was another "tell" that could have alerted one to the possibility of a less than scrupulous seller.
