We send out a massive number of e-mails. Our new datacenter took note of this, and automatically cut off our ability to send further e-mails until we verify that we are not sending spam. This is a straightforward process that should take 2-3 days.
Around a week after we are approved, ISPs and other e-mail service providers will begin to recognize e-mails from us specifically as "not spam". This is a big plus for an application that is sending several e-mails per second.
Administrators and moderators, take note that the user registration process will be different during this time. New users will need to be manually approved by administrators before they can post. New users should end up in the "(COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation" group.
Update:
E-mails seem to be going through for the time being, but they will likely stop at some point.

Apparently 2-3 days means 2-3 hours. We're back!
