As I am trying to learn as much as I can,
I have developed this sort of Domaining A.D.D.
My plans have changed quite a bit.
There are so many directions to go with this Domain world.
One thing is for certain,
Every time I see a domain for a price I view as good,
I HAVE to have it.
Now with my new avenues of ...
quick development,
long term development,
learning how to create websites,
Parking,
Quick resales,
Long term investment Domains,
etc...
1 thing is for sure.
I have to generate some more income to keep moving forward,
with any of these plans.
I tend to keep looking at the E-bay sales route.
I have sold alot on Ebay already, but NEVER domains.
I am trying to understand the sales patterns on E-bay,
and so far there is nothing consistent about E-bay selling,
AT ALL!
I really like THAT market because you are not just advertising to domainers.
You are advertising to EVERYONE.
People who never even thought of owning a domain name before.
I am very good at creating some unique and convincing ad's.
And I like it, that the every day Joe can see my names.
And think Wow, maybe I should buy that for a business, or investment.
So, in that respect, I could see the potential for getting more
than the domain is actually valued at.
The problem I see, is this...
I don't understand the trends on E-bay at all.
I have seen some very good names go for low $.
Then I see some domains that I view as crap, sell for high $.
I am asking any NamePros members for any advice,
or knowledge that could help.
I know there are some NamePros members who sell on E-bay,
but maybe there are some Domain/E-bay tips.
Bulk sales?
Times of listings?
etc.
Any comments at all regarding Domain sales on E-bay...
would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks Alot,
Red Rock!
