But also like you said, it's gonna be hard to reinvest that money in something better then Dubai.info, which is a great premium 1 word generic.
Maybe hard to compete if the buyer plans on developing a website, since dubai.com is already a well established site about Dubai.

.net went for about 18k a few years back and its still for sale now...and that gets more traffic by the looks of it.
