I think think the buyer got an absolute bargain, what do you think :?

I would have thought $20K minimum

To be honest the word "pxxn" is such a strong keword, that its worth big bucks in any extension. .Info just happens to fit it quite well, and I think the domain could fetch $80k+

I tend to agree. the worst of this was I left a speculative $10K bid and went out never dreaming that the name would go so cheaply- does not mean to say that I would not have been in a bidding war with the winner!

I agree with this evaluation. In general, apart from .com for the type-ins, IMHO porn sites will use any extension for site development, so .info will not hold any special value, and certainly not 5 figures.

Hmm - no I offered $10K for that name, somebody else paid more than that.

Neither of us would have considered the name you mention for even a fraction of the price. JMO

Again, I offered five figures, the name went for five figures, I am convinced the buyer will be able to resell for $20K plus very quickly ,so makes a complete nonsense of your appraisal JMO

The site is gonna get 5/6 natural type in per days and unless a fortune is
spent on advertising/branding which may or may not succeed the buyer will
struggle big time!!! As for someone bbeing prepared to pay more thats the
greater fool theory people were paying $120 bucks for engage.com shares
at its peak the company went bankrupt within 2 years and the shares were
not even worth 1 cent........Sure someone might offer me $50k for sex.web.com....so its suddenly worth $50k!!! But I can tell you one thing
I am GUARANTEED to make a very handsome profit on my $10 investment!!!!!!
Even if I sell it for $100 which I promise you I WILL NOT........Just because
some of us don't own .infos and loads do does not mean we can't make valid valuations!
