Hello,
I need urgent assistance or clarification from the DropCatch team.
Today (May 7, 2026), the domain was caught. According to Whois, it was caught by DropExtra.com, LLC (IANA 1069).
I have a Standard Backorder ($59) placed for this domain on DropCatch. However, my status has been marked as "Missed" and NO auction has been started.
Since DropExtra is a well-known subsidiary/partner registrar of DropCatch, this domain should have triggered an auction among backorder holders or been assigned to me if I was the only one. Being marked "Missed" when YOUR own registrar caught the domain is unacceptable for a $59 Standard service.
Can someone from the @DropCatch Support team explain why I was excluded from the auction for a domain caught by your own system?
