TBH Samsung blatantly copied much of the GUI design from IOS. Ever since the court cases started they have been trying to change that.

Samsung have played extremely dirty in the court case. Whenever evidence was seen as inadmissable they would release it all to the press. Trying to influence the jury much?

not sure how to link $1.05bn lawsuit about patented technology to all those iphone/ipod/ipad trademarked domains people keep registering. Just saying...

It should be common sense not to use trademarked names in a domain name. Your at risk if you choose to do so.
