DomainTools Meta Description Question

I was checking domaintools.com seo score for my url and the meta description is only 23% relevant

plus my meta keywords are only 69% relevant

I have a wp blog and was wondering how can I edit the meta info to increase these relevancy %?

If you go to wordpress.org extend, you should be able to find some plugins that will let you change meta info.
