I don't know if this is problem with my I.P. or what.

But when I lookup for WHOIS info on domaintools.com

There are some probs.

If I look for domains registered at ENOM it is showing complete WHOIS info.
When I look for domains registered at GoDaddy it is not showing the details.

Anybody else having same problems?

Happens to me to.
You're not alone. :td:

It seems ALL Whois I pull up from different sites show same information.
Looks like they want you to go to their website.
This is what it shows for me on the bottom

For complete domain details go to:

Im actually seeing this problem occuring with a lot of whois - however you can go to whois.godaddy.com to check whois. My guess is they have changed the system slightly. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

The whois is served by the registrar for the domain. Some registrars have restrictions or quotas when their whois service is invoked from the outside. The best way is to check on their website. Often they have an image verification system in place too... it's not to bug you, just to thwart spammers :gl:

Bingo.

While it's nice using your fave 3rd party site, they're not exactly authoritative
you know. :)

Yeah - I've noticed it mainly on SLOWDADDY Registrations myself as well ;) It is a bit annoying :| And Even though I know for a fact that other registrars do it as well - I blame SlowDaddy ! :guilty:
