Domainlore.uk what a waste of our time

Watch
Anyone else noticed domainlore.uk have rather strange customer service?
There must be a better marketplace for UK domains I expect?

We have 1500 .uk names, many 4 letter.uk
Anyway, was pleased there is a UK marketplace by a company called domainlore.uk

The team are awkward to deal with, they make us submit 20 at a time. We would need to login and submit 75 times! Contrast that with DAN.com, Sedo, Afternic market leaders and we realised their low service levels weren't ever going to be adequate enough. Today their staff called "Denys" called one of our team an "ignorant moron" out of the blue. We told them just to delete the account, they've already wasted too much of our time and we're not getting an adequate service. Better they just close down. We'll take our business elsewhere.

Expect to hear a honest opinion about your attitude and behaviour when you talk and act like a moron.

As explained on the contact page, this marketplace is run as an individual effort.
If you come and start acting like an arsehole, I won't hesitate treating you in the same way.

Some "customers" are better showed at the door and you're that perfect example.

Hello
Says there is a 20 domain limit, that's going to take too long to submit
1600 .uk domains.
Can you remove that limitation
(ever heard of "please".. when requesting something? but that's okay, moron warning isn't red yet)

Hi, the limits will increase once you establish reputation on the platform as a
seller, but that's how it starts.

Logging in 75 times isn't feasible. My time is precious. You're not really
bringing much to the table?

Just dial our office if you want to check. Or go on companies House.

Sedo and Afternic don't have this limitation

"My time is precious". Woah. Now much better picture of who we're dealing with..

Running live domain auctions has very different mechanics (and outcomes) than bulk-uploading your domain portfolio in "for sale" catalogs. The rules are the same for everyone and won't be changed for you specifically.

Who's going to login 75 times ?
Still missing the point of hosting live auctions completely..
Are you going to try charge us anything for auctions or listings?

Among submitted domains a few trademarks (rejected) and mostly rubbish registrations which aren't likely to attract any bids. And now he is finding out about paid auction listings, which to someone entitled not to get accustomed with the establishment rules comes as a shock..

What kind of an ignorant moron are you?

How about reading the house rules first, before wasting others time with your
entitled demands and "your precious time" which is apparently as worthless as
your domain name submissions.

Yes, you'll have to pay to list any junk here. This is not the place for
dumping domain waste - go to your regular Sedo and Afternic for that.

Yep, I don't want such "customers" on my platform and will always attempt to protect other members from dealing with idiots. A beauty of having no need to serve every customer.

What an unprofessional and unnecessarily rude response, unworthy of any representative of any organization/marketplace.
