Domain value based on parking revenue?

What do you think, how much value the parking revenue adds to a domain? Let say that domain makes $10 per month, would this affect your asking price?

e.g. two very similar domains - both are brandable, aged, no TM. You're selling the one without the revenue for $1,000. How much would you ask for the one that makes $10 per month ($120/yr) in parking revenue?

Well, it's not easy to answer to your question, because even a minimum difference can make the domain worths $1,000 or nothing.
Hypothetical scenario, if it was possible to consider these two domains equally, I would add 12-15 months revenue to the price of the one with no traffic.
