Hi,

Looks like it is an Enom reseller thru whom you registered the domain name.
I would contact Enom and notify them that you are going to transfer the domain and ask them to allow it.

Do you have the Auth code to transfer the domain?

Did you get a confirmation email for the transfer that you responded to?

And did Godaddy say WHY the transfer failed? If not, you should contact them so you know the reason. Then I would contact Enom if you have to.

625 may not be helping you, but they may not be stopping you either. Find out what's going on, then let us know if you need help.

I see that 625 is charging $35 a year to register a .com.

I have encountered a similar issue. If you "reinitiate" the transfer in the Pending Transfers in you GoDaddy Control panel you may also have to request the authorization code from the current registrar again.

I had a transfer fail twice with the same auth code. I requested the auth code again and it was different from the initial code provided (last character was different). With the new code and reinitiating at GoDaddy the transfer succeeded.

I do not know if this was an anomaly or if once you have one failed transfer you need a new code. Best of luck.

How long have you had the domain? Most registrars require you to wait 60 days or more to transfer a domain after you purchased it. So if you recently purchased it, that could be why.
