1. Make sure that the domain name you're trying to transfer is not in 60-days period after registration/push date to Enom (if so, transfer will fail).
2. Unlock the domain name via Enom control panel (after that, there won't be 'Registrar-lock' at the WHOIS data).
3. Obtain authorization code (also referred to as an auth code or an EPP code) via Enom control panel.
4. Login to your account at GoDddy and initiate transfer -- you'll need to enter domain name and EPP code.
5. Carefully read e-mails with further instructions (you'll get them both from Enom and GoDaddy).

It is not within 60 days of push or registration but it is within 60 days of renewal---will that stop it from transferring?
Thanks

Yes that would be it. Most registrars will not allow you to transfer out within 60 days of registration/renewal/transfer (this products them from chargebacks!)

I think you can do the following:

1) Set up a new account id with an enom reseller that charges lower fees (cheaperfees.com charges 8.85; I'm sure there are plenty of others)
2) Sign into your current enom account
3) Push the domain name to your new account. You'll then be able to renew it at the lower rate.

Good luck!

Well---when I look under general info on the DN
It says it is registered at Pocketdomain.com
Can I just go there and sign up for an account and renew it
Thanks

If your domain is at eNom and you are ABLE to push it to another account.
Might as well make an account for $8.95 renewals and transfer the domain there.
