Failed to transfer Domain from directi.com

I tried to transfer a Domain (.biz) from directi.com (also know as ResellerClub) to my Enom account. I tried 3 times but could not be successful.

I am sure the Domian is Unlocked and the given "secret key" is correct. Anyone has expereince on Transfer a domain from Directi.com?

Hope to find answers for my problem from your experience.

Many Thanks! But ...No.. Because I don't get any mails from Directi for this (No problem for the mail address to get newsletter/ renew notice.. et al from Directi )

I would try once more to see what would happen.

Check also the junk folder. Sometimes transfer verification emails are sorted as spams and redirected automatically to this kind of folders
