Transfer from Moniker to GoDaddy

I have recieved an email from Godaddy with transfer request for a sale of mine. The domain is at preset at Moniker. Could someone guide me how to authorise the transfer as I don't see any options when I go to Moniker my domains.

for my transfer to moniker, they sent the original owner a confirmation email. was there no confirmation link in that email?

The transfer is from Moniker to godaddy. Not the other way round. No, there was no link. Just a transaction ID amd security code.

I had the same problem today, just spoke to a customer rep at moniker and what you need to do is go to My Domains. Select the check box of the domain name you would like to get the auth code for, click the domain, then select the check box Advanced settings and you should see the option to request your auth code.

You should also be aware that it takes 7 days once you submit that auth code before the domain is finally transferred. With Moniker there is no way to expedite the transfer so you just have to be patient and wait it out. Don't make the mistake of canceling the transfer with that stupid link they have in their email (don't click on it).

If you recently won the domain at SnapNames, there is a good chance getting the Auth Code will fail. Well at least thats how it was on 24 of the 26 domains I won at SnapNames. They are still failing. All domains are past the 60 day lock for new registrations.
