Hi all, I am developing a product called smarturl.me but now I see that there is a trademark for it... so is it unsafe to continue with the product ? it's a small project as a side project from my full time job. one thing I am unclear is if the trademark holder feel offended, will he directly take legal action or he ask me to delete the domain ?? if I am okay to delete domain, am I safe?
