Got email today stating that my domain is suspended due to malware, spyware abuse
it was was hacked ~1-2 years ago (which now redirects to another domain (also suspended). It was registerfly "hijack" or so if you remember that company. Many suffered from that.
I don't know why I got complains now, because it was like 1-2y ago and it wasn't ever hijacked from reseller club. None of those domains.
What should I do now?
I contacted rc, they replied:
"The complaint for your domain names was received from one of our most trusted and reliable sources, an organization of stellar repute. As such, we treated the complaints with the gravest concern, and promptly acted upon the domain names in question. "
And I got no answer on how they checked if that domain is REALLY spreading all that malware. Contacted domain registrar, still waiting for reply. Anything else needed to do to get it running asap (very important email is there).
