Domain "specialists"?

Hello All,

I vaguely remember seeing something like "property domain names wanted".
I do remember that all of the names contained the name of a particular state or well known area in the U.S.A.
Is there a similar site that specialises in that type of name?

Further, is there sites that "specialise" in certain categories? i.e. commerce,
consumer goods, sport.
(I am aware that there are sites for poker and adult names).

And, are these "specialists" big concerns or merely hobbyist domaineers?
And, if they are professional specialists, how do they sell on?

Any info would be appreciated.
