Well, this domain is worthless because of trademark issues. This is lesson #1.
This is a domain that can actually cause you trouble.

SDSINC...WHY would SEDO accept it in an auction when they know there is a TM problem?

That`s a good point serrjw. I personally find this trademark issue confusing. For example I just discovered facebookmobile.com sold for xxxx not too long ago. Thought facebook was trademarked.

sometimes the best way to learn is the hard way. My eyes light up when I come across trademarked domains but I guess that's the reason they're unregistered to begin with... =/

Domains with such trademark problems are valueless. No one will be interested to buy it if they know about this matter.

The ultimate responsibility for the domain remains in the hands of the seller and not the auction site. It is the seller's responsibility to be familiar with legal matters and to abide by them. It is not sedo's responsibility to police people and make legal decisions by taking the law into their own hands deciding what is right and wrong. If a trademark holder has a problem with a domain being put up for auction, they will go after the registrant of the domain. Not sedo. The trademark holder may however get a court order possibly which could require sedo to cooperate with authorities in the event they need to provide some form of evidence. I am sure all of this is mentioned in sedo's TOS.

I'm a newbie and I wouldn't touch that one either. You'll probably get a letter asking you to relinquish it. Just play it super safe and don't mess with any trademarks. Some trademarks I believe can be a bit obscure but with really obvious ones like facebook, take care.
