Likely you can pay less for GD reseller account if you buy it via superreseller. You can check also resellerclub

AFAIK under $6 price level is only promotional, so answer is yes - in case parent company will make such promotion available

With GoDaddy, I'm currently paying $6.73 for .com (and only selling for $6.95) and this is on special promotion, so can't see it lasting forever. Anyone offering less than $6 is probably doing so at a loss, so expect that to be only temporary too.

AFAIK direct cost of .com for registrar is $5.50, so I don`t believe prices around or below $6 can be sustainable.
