Domain name rejected by GoDaddy?

hey there i wondered if anyone could help out thanks? i applied to have the domain barjobsibiza.com listed at godaddy auctions for sale but it has been rejected as they say they has picked up a trademark infringement on that name. have searched on trademarkia and can't find any trademark on that domain name on there which seems odd. also i don;t really see how anyone could trademark that as is not a business name as such. is there something weird going on or is it just a case of me not checking properly before i bought it?

I think Godaddy supporters can give you better answer than us. Just ask them for more details.

A Trademark can be for a single word/name in a domain and sometimes GD will pick that one word/name and that will trigger their TM catcher.

It's probably a single part of that domain name that triggered the red flag.

I would ask them to tell you what exactly they think the problem is. Their probably automated process could have made a mistake. Then I would list it elsewhere.

thanks guys - was starting to get really worried like a big lawsuit was on its way and i would be spending more time wearing the county blues & doing press ups all day. i will go back to GD as you say thanks Paully and see. if they are insistent there is a problem would that mean I need to drop the domain and not be able to do anything with it anywhere due to TM issues?
