Domain Name Problem for a noob

Hey. the newest of many problems im having just now is this. i have reg'd a domain at godaddy and i have forwarded it to show the index.htm file at my webspace at a diffrent company. is there settings that i have to change so the domain changes the url depending on the click for example www.domainname.com/about.htm - because at the moment every page i click just shows www.domainname.com in the address bar and if i refresh it takes the site back to the intro page which isnt really nice considering it hosts forums so refreshing for latest post etc is a bit annoying. Sounds like you're using frame forwarding, which actually just loads the real site in a single HTML frame and will only show your domain in the address bar.

If you want to accomplish what it sounds like you want to do, you'll need domain "parking". To do this, you'll need to talk to your web hosting provider to see if they can park the name on top of the site for you.

An alternate method would be to use what is called a CNAME, but I am not sure that GoDaddy supports that. Anyone know?>
