Please, appraise several 2 letter .GE domain hacks:

Wa.ge
Ra.ge
Ur.ge
Ca.ge

What could be their value?

Small note about .GE

more than 50 companies have already registered their domain hacks in .GE, like Oran.ge, Frid.ge or Mortga.ge

I failed to sell a .re hack to a company in the last minute because of restrictions and .ge restrictions are waaay more drastic than .re's.

There are some decent names in this extension but I doubt we will see any legitimate sale just because of the rules! Local presence needed + $2,4k fee and other minor problems. If there is to be any sale here, the buyer should be a big company and the price should be in 5 figures.

sorry but i am not seeing any value what so ever in these names. thats great that more than 50 companies have registered .ge hacks however that adds no value to what you have. sorry but the .ge extension is a pos extension.

Can you tell us what exactly happened with .re?

As for .GE, 2.4K fee is only on one website - its not a rule :) but anyway, thanks for the point.

Not supposed to appraise names with unverified ownership.

How do you check ownership? Here everyone is posting with nicknames :))

I just told you what happened, because of the restrictions (UE-only) they didnt complete escrow for low-mid 4 figs. That is why I I strongly think .ge is way harder to sell for less than 5figs because of the reasons above. You really need a motivated buyer for this extension who is willing to pay a lot and get the name no matter what. I'm not saying it's impossible, there are some good hacks with .ge but it is a very very long shot. GL!

Thanks for your opinion. Really helpful. Yes, it will be long story and I 'm ready for it :)

I checked the official whois for .ge
Your casino.com.ge is confirmed as registered, but none of the above are listed as registered.
2 character names are allowable but yours do not show as being registered.
WHY?

Is it affecting appraisal? :) If not, allow me to keep it as it is :) If ownership is under question, you can refer to Sedo - I confirmed my ownership with them and listed all mentioned domains :) And frankly speaking I don't see any other interest in my details disclosure :)

You cannot ask for appraisals for domains that you don't own.

Who do you think is the authoritative whois for .ge ?
The Georgian registry or Sedo ?
Please.

Now you're attempting to sell something that you don't even own...

Thank you for that ray of light in my darkness - now I know that Georgian registry has more clear data than Sedo. Halelujah! :D

What Sedo does is to check ownership before listing. That's why I referred to them.

I just asked for appraisal - I am not selling anything in this topic and I am not offering any of my domains to anyone here. So, please, quit checking ownership - waste of time.

If you want more proofs in this silly race, I can forward any of those domains to any address you will write here :D

Help me if you can and share some knowledge and experience. That's why I'm here and that's what I will be thankful of. But please, don't teach anyone that it's impossible to sell things you do not own. Thank you.

Yes, please forward your non-existent domains to Namepros.com for example. Then we can move on :talk:

Post only domains you own or control in the Domain Appraisals Forum. - Use the Pre-Purchase appraisals forum for domains you don't own
forum rules.

You put the names for sale on Sedo, and while I know for a fact that the automated ownership verification process is not very reliable, I think it's unethical (and definitely against the marketplace TOS) to sell domains that you don't own/are not allowed to sell.

I think you need a little bit more investigation when talking about such things as ethics :) Sedo has NO automatic approval for zones like .GE. The only automatic thing about ownership are your questions about it :)

P.S. I still don't have an ability to post links here, so, please, type wa.ge in your browser :)
