domain broker will act as negotiator on your behalf, to sell your domain.

perform an inquiry of references from the broker before any agreements.
carefully read any contracts before signing

any fee's will be accepted or negotiated between you and the broker.

some fee's may be based on "actual sale price" of domain, or flat rate.

average fee = 10%
sometimes this fee can be split between you the seller, and buyer.

payment methods via escrow.
establish who will pay escrow fee, prior to allowing a broker to market your domain.
sometimes this fee is split also.

never pay a broker upfront!
never pay a broker to market your domains
only pay a broker after you receive payment from buyer
only pay broker after your receive domain, if buying.
