I just bought a domain at BIN from Godaddy auctions and got a confirmation email from Godaddy, but after 30 minutes, it is still not in my list of domains. Do I have to take some action, or does it just take godaddy time to put it in my account.

Is the domain registered with Godaddy?

Ah...no it isn't. I didn't know that non-godaddy domains were on godaddy auctions. So I guess it will take time for it to get transferred to godaddy--is that right?

The domain name will still have to be transferred out from the previous owner's account into your own account. If the name is already registered with Godaddy, it shouldn't take time to transfer. If it is at another registrar, it may take up to 6 days. However, the process starts once you have paid. You will also have to accept the transfer when it gets to your account before it is added to the list of domains in your account.

Are you buying at domain closeout?

Also there was this thread not too long ago. If you don't receive the domain or hear from the seller shortly you should notify Godaddy about it.
