Help me in choosing the domain.

Is it true that .in will not be SEO effective for foreign traffic?

Which should be best for SEO purpose?

If you are counting on SEO traffic, what matters more than domain extension is the language your site is in, how well your pages are optimized and the source and quality of your backlinks.

I voted .in because it looks better, but any of the other extensions will work from an SEO standpoint.
