Ok help needed people...

Got a few domains which I want to develop into simple but effective sites.

I want to be able to administer the sites myself.

I want to employ the services of some good SEO people as well.

Who can throw some ideas in my direction.

Im giving myself a week to get two sites maybe three up and running.

One site is already up and running but needs work.

other site I want up and running is

www.newtoyota.com,au

another is a domain/hosting reseller site.

Who's up for some advice??

Here are some general advices for www.novatedlease.com:
1) complete redesign as currently it looks as it is at least 10 years old
2) use CMS (I suggest Wordpress but Joomla, Drupal are also great) this will enable to administer the site by yourself
3) for SEO, first finish a keyword research and competition analysis as that is a base for any good SEO strategy
