I have a buyer who is looking to buy a domain through me and has sent me his budget. I was able to reach out to the owner of the domain.

The problem here is Brand bucket has a policy to notify 30 days before delisting a domain. What should I do here?

I think I can't convince Brand Bucket to share the commission.
