Does Apple have the TM for iphone?

This has been discussed in a few other threads, but Cisco is currently suing Apple for TM violations on "iPhone". Cisco released a VOIP iPhone last month, but Apple claims the term is too generic and their product is a cellphone, which differentiates it -- let the legal fireworks begin!
