TM Problems

i have a question
i saw the JetAway.com site
If i register an other domain name that contains JetAway in the name i will have TM issues, bacause i dont think Jet Away can be a registred tm because it is a normal word association

Any and every domain name you register has TM infringement potentials, and
that's why you should do your due dilligence.

Check using whatever resources you have if the words are trademarked by
someone. Next, be sure of what your intent is for the name.

Although the words could be trademarked, how you use the domain name
could work in your favor (or not) should someone try to file a UDRP against
you.

Okay, I'll be as specific as possible: yes, you can get sued. That's why you
should check if there are any registered trademarks, if possible.

On the other hand, even if you get sued, depending on certain circumstances,
you can win or lose. But if you want to take the path of least resistance, then
give up the name.

If yes how can i drop this names? or delete them from my account.

Ask your registrar how to delete them.
