In March of 2016 @steitieh was found guilty of shill bidding on NamePros with @tha-she. While these two members are no longer permitted to conduct business with each other here, @steitieh is still able to participate in the marketplace and carries an undeserving PRO badge.

Recently, Rami was accused of shill bidding again. However, the evidence is circumstantial, at best, but it's admitted by him that he had close personal acquaintances bid on his auctions – something that we all know that most other marketplaces would never tolerate.

Beware: if you choose to bid on one of @steitieh 's auctions, know that someone else may be purposefully bidding you up.

Can you provide some auction links for us lurking? Would like to see what you're talking about. TY..

The ones in question..
Here are some involving admitted close friends (@DNBank.com) bidding on auctions...
I will have to go back and view the ones for @tha-she. But then again, the seller (@steitieh) agreed to cancel the auction when she won. It's highly suspect that he would have done that for anyone else who bid $1 over. So, they're pretty much moot... besides the fact that a message was sent to them to never participate on each other's auctions due to this "shill bidding".

Explain that unexplainable and call me a conspiracy theorist for believing that he has an army of shill bidders at his hands.

I 100% agree that there is something very shady going on, and I'd guess that it runs a lot deeper than is being discussed.

My question is, how many "members" are involved? How many duplicate accounts are we working with here? I suspect we're dealing with a very high number. Call me crazy if you want, but I wouldn't be surprised if 10-20% of all bids placed on NP are shill bids. It's clearly very easy to get away with, and I see suspicious bids / bidding patterns all the time. That's one downside to a free, forum-based "auction platform".

Are we really expected to believe that these are 3 different people working individually? Come on now.... :|

Ok so I closely looked at one, being an outsider and it was for pictured.net from your link provided.

What I see is a no reserve auction and winning bidder DNBank.com $800.00. But when I look at Whois it's still under "Registrant Name: Rami Steitieh".

This would be a red flag to me too running a auction site myself.

No, I believe it to be more. But, it's all circumstantial at this point. I was first tipped off about @Saeid Nejati when I won DMB.info and made payment to Rami's PayPal account. Like this scenario, nothing was found wrong with it either. It was explained to me that Rami kept a ledger for @Saeid Nejati and paid him his money as he can't have PayPal himself... but, this puts them closer... and they're allowed to bid?

Highly suspect. And all of this information would be enough to get them kicked off of other marketplaces. They don't have time to dig as deep as I did to find the missing links. If anyone takes a look at his auctions, the bids, and his trade rating like you, the links will become more apparent and you can make the judgment on your own.

As it stands, even thought the message sent from Eric to @tha-she and @steitieh explicitly stated, "Since you two were unable to provide adequate evidence that shill bidding did not take place between the two of you..." which means there was a chance (or evidence) of shill bidding between the two, he's not an alleged shill bidder? Give me a break. Though, as @deez007 pointed out earlier, it can be interpreted differently. I, however, do not buy that. Mainly, because of the links that you're now putting together yourself.

Join the club, and get the tin foil hat ready. I suppose this is a very unpopular opinion to have... and prepare for "dislikes" (or the bumpy road ahead).

Go look at the feedback on eBay. Same copying/pasting of phrases and weird "A++++" that I never understood. Are we in grade school?

Bored humans will find a conspiracy theory in the dirt if they look at it long enough.

Get a job!

There are some problems with this one, and I wished I had waited till later to point it out... as I'm sure it'd end up similar to @tha-she's biddings.
1) The auction is 120 hours after last bid, so @DNBank.com still has time (if nobody else outbids him).
2) The auction is now void as they are not allowed to bid against each other.
3) Now that this has been brought to light, I'm sure funds will be transferred, and domains as well, to protect their good name.

Another lie - who said we are NOT allowed? I decided not to - and if I decide otherwise, we will still bid - so stop lying LOL

3- Yea it will :)

It's time to give you some more attention Mr. Wanna be. First of all, it's sad to see people like you who are seeking attention no matter how by pushing on their own so called opinions based on hoax and stupidity.

You've been proven Wrong about Dnbank, so you jump and mention Tha-She - then again, you've been proven wrong so you jump again and mention Saeid. And now, it's time to share the truth with everybody and officially on your thread .

1- Tha-She's case has been clearly discussed here and in the other threads you're trying to draw the attention to, and the management of this platform you're using proved you wrong.

2- DnBank - Same as above.

3- Saeid, Let's talk a little about him - he is a guy from Iran (a country which Paypal is NOT allowed into) approached me for help - you ALL can quote him and ask him - I am the ONLY person who apparently offered him help , I allowed him to use my PayPal to collect his payments and to pay for his auction from his balance with me (Without a percentage and was calculated by the penny) - Then, when he won few domains from me, I deducted from his balance and pushed the domains to him. One time, he was asking for a payment from a person (I don't know who nor do I want to know as to me it doesn't matter) and that person reported that Saeed was using my PayPal email. Ofcourse people like David Walker would jump on it and make a big deal ... I was contacted by management and got it also clear but again, it was PURE helping him there.

Your Thread1: is all stupid crap of yours because you couldn't get with Case1, so you opened Case2 and yet you couldn't get where you want - then again, you mention case three... It's getting personal here -

It's ok - Not that he stops here, he goes and bumps threads again and again quoting members who bid on my auctions which I decided to give them all the chance to decide. So basically, this person is purely seeking attention by ALL false "PROVEN" allegations.

Thread 2: Repeating yourself for attention - All bullshit.

So , you're clearly seeking attention after THE MANAGEMENT OF NAMEPROS saying you're wrong and bogus! @Eric Lyon clearly posted this... but members here sometimes need a troll like you to enjoy and like -

Bed time -

not sure but I think pictured.net is a crap name @ $1000. Seems unusually high for a namepros auction?

@Eric Lyon , this call, much like the call you made with @tha-she, as they are very similar in nature, is up to you... please make the final ruling. It's been ambiguous as you left it up to Rami.

Don't change the fact that you officially claimed that we are NOT allowed - you're twisting reality and you know it -

And you're teetering on the fine lines of shill bidding, and know it.

A grade school child could easily make these connections, but you've clearly already chosen sides without doing any legitimate research yourself, and nothing we post is going to change your mind.

There's no conspiracy theory; this is a very real problem in the industry, and staying silent about it only assists those involved.

Go look at the feedback on eBay. Same copying/pasting of phrases and weird "A++++" that I never understood. Are we in grade school?

I bought some domains from Rami really like ForexMarketSignals.com and StockChartsAnalysis.com which have been sold . You can find the sales here : https://www.namepros.com/threads/sold.969713/#post-5715836
Those domains have been transferred. The other domain I bought is StockExchange.biz which is in my name. You can check whois for that. I bought 06620.net which has been sold to @BrandXDomains in this auction link : https://www.namepros.com/threads/ex...ale-1-for-each-03630-net-fxtrades-net.970114/ I bought them from Rami in this auction link : https://www.namepros.com/threads/0-...ore-year-end-blow-out-auctions-part-2.905571/
