Does Moniker Expedite Transfers?

Does Moniker expedite transfers? I sent in a support ticket requesting them to expedite a transfer, and got this reply..

So you are aware the standard time for a transfer of .COM domain name is 5 - 7 days.

Yeah. More like 7-10 days at Moniker.

I recently transferred a domain from Moniker to Godaddy, and yes, it took between 7 to 10 days for the transfer to be completed!.

It took me 8 days to transfer my domain name away from Moniker.
AFAIK, at Moniker if your domain name is unlocked for 10 days, it will be locked again automatically for security reason.
