Does GoDaddy honor transfers if the domain slides into being < 4 days expired?

Simple version:
Does Godaddy honor (outbound) transfers if the domain slides into being < 4 days expired?

More detail:
The transfer request(s) were over a week ago, but I had one still locked, and didn't see the email until now (duh!)
so...
The entire process is partially finished and one of the domains expired yesterday.

Will the transfer go through slightly expired?

Yes as long as the domain is in Expiration status.

Redemption status would be too late to transfer.
