.tv Do I own the best .tv typo??

Not trying to be conceited here--just looking for honest opinions:

I own: downlaod.tv

I was discussing this via PM on another forum with a member whom I respect and they thought this was (possibly) the best .tv typo of all and were kind of shocked that I owned it and that it was normal reg fee.

Anyway, currently I did NOT know there was such a great market (is there EVEN a market?) for .tv typos?

(PS It does get a few visits/clicks per month but not very many!)

Anyway, am I sitting on a goldmine here?

Any opinions will be most appreciated.

Considering most .TV (non-typos) get very little traffic, the only shot of real value is for the entire .TV domain to take off to .NET levels. The values in typos is 100% in the amount of traffic they have. As you stated, it gets a small number of clicks a month. .

Typos only matter if the correct domain that you have a typo for gets type in traffic. Download.tv probably gets little type in traffic. IF your typo is good you do not need people's opinion your stats will tell you all you need to know. Again IMO

Equity is right....I have a couple, amatuer comes to mind, that are typos. Average visits? 1-10 a day.

Although I will say amatuer does slightly better then that.

I have laons.tv,it has very little traffic(about 40 per month) at the moment, but i will keep it nontheless, just incase loans.tv is ever developed.

yeah my mispell traffic for porn isnt good. and they get about 6-10 clicks a month. but it has the highest ctr of all my names.

There is the possibility that .tv traffic will someday surpass even that of .com. I can see a new generation of netizens who think ".com? Why would i want to visit some old ""web page""? whats at the .tv"

Personally I have no doubt that .tv will become at least the second most traffic'd tld at some point

I would say the 3rd best.

i own some typo names in mobi format and again its a young phase just like .tv however as some of you may know-i type on my blackberry a lot and away from the office. misspellings are more common then laptop and computer I believe.

Your name will probably pick up in traffic if download.tv is developed, promoted and users typing in traffic. It may be worth something down the road for the traffic, its just like my mobi names... WE ARE WAY TO EARLY IN BOTH SECTORS.

Me personally-I dont do much typos nor do I spend my energy and time on this. I will keep my 10 or so mistypos.

I am getting some decent offers on some of my generic .tvs at this point, though--I am holding for at least 5-7 years. Why take 1,xxx now when I am certail I'll get 1xx,xxx then!!! (Off topic--sorry)

I couldn't agree more. Made this remark in a smash thread just now but if we are right on .tv and weather its 5 years or 10 years we should all buy gold .tv names for our gated drive ways on frank schilling street lol

I couldn't agree more. Things take time. I missed the .com investing early 90s as I was partying in high school, being dumb and young in college.

.tv will be my early retirement fund lol. Of couse there are risk factors.

I don't think I own one typo in .tv. Probably should own a couple but that's not my area. To many good names still wide open
