After a domain has expired, and no one has snapped it up, does it ever revert to a standard registration fee as if you were registering it fresh on GoDaddy (i.e under $10)?

Or does it always stay at a higher price at about $20 and above?

Once a domain has dropped and it is available for hand registration, the price would revert back to the price of a new/fresh registration.

Thanks, but what if GD regards it as a Premium Domain?
Do Premium Domains revert back to fresh reg fees?
