Personally I think he is an extortionist no different from mugshots.com and he hails himself almost like a superhero protecting domainers when in a number of cases he has facts wrong and the only way he will remove a post is to pay an extortion fee of $3,750 USD.
Personally I only stumbled across his website when I purchased red.ca from someone that was listed as a scammer on his site. I emailed him and told him I purchased the domain from the "so called" scammer and the transaction went smooth as silk. In fact the seller transferred the domain before he ever got paid based on my namepros reputation.
I got no response to my email to the owner of DNJail and the more I read the site the more it reeked of an extortion website. In one post he says he will never take down a post and in another he says you have to pay to get it removed.
Well, someone finally took the extortionist to task and it looks like the site has finally been pulled down.
Now don't get me wrong, I could care less if one of my domains was listed there because of a previous owner but all of these extortion websites, mugshots, dnjail, and similar sites that post naked images are all run by extortionists and it's about time we treat them for what they really are.
These guys are criminals and are no different from the people they are posting about.
It is good to see law enforcement finally coming down hard on this unethical behavior.
