He wants 25 thousand dollars for himself, yet he mentions in his the description, "I Being deeply sorry and shocked on the virginia tragedy, it is an untold time in U.S history, and this shouldn't have happened. This domain should be purchased and used for memorial, website, and news information only to provide site/web seekers with opportunity to get information and vital details of this horrific tragedy that occured in Virginia."

If that's not wrong, I don't know what is. I just hope he or she isn't a member here.

As for the sale, the only one who would buy a name like this would be of the same mindset as the seller... and will get nowhere with it. Someone wanting to create an honest memorial site would not squander 25 G's to do so.

If that were the case, you would have been smart and started the auction with a low bid to make sure some sort of money was sure to come out of it, and you would have mentioned that it was going to be donated, in the listing. If I had personally registered either of the domain names you did, I would have most likely donated them to a worthy cause to benefit what happened, not trying to make a personal gain off the deaths of 32 people, and the grieving of thousands more.
