DNF - Parked Page!

It seems someone has used the wrong nameservers for DNF - it is currently resolving to a parked page here in the UK!

Very strange:

DNF
DNF.com

Show a parked page that look likes NameMedia properties, the page is full of sponsored links and there is even a way to place a bid to purchase the domain name.

I checked from several computers in France and it's allways the same parked page.

I checked from our servers in Miami, New York and also the same, so it's not a DNS problem...

And you, what you see? Some news?

Unlikely, the owner most likely went through all of his domains at the registrar and changed the nameservers and accidentally also changed DNF. They should at least notice when there is a huge spike in parking revenue! :yell:

Look at the WHOIS, it says DNS are using SmartName, this is a parking service no?

The owner is Adam and he was in T.R.A.F.F.I.C this week.
So if it's sometimes hard to get a quick response then for sure it was worst this week.

I was discussing to a fellow member when I found out about it after refresh. It will be few hours or days before it populate again. Too bad.

I think the owner changed name servers accidentally.

This is the problem with these WHOIS privacy, you don't know if the domain name has been really hacked (change hands) or simply someone get access to the records to change the DNS.
