I sold 2 domains on DN.com last Wednesday. I pushed the domains and the buyer confirmed the transaction. I immediately created a 'withdrawal' request to paypal for an amount under $1K, I figured I'll let the rest of the money stay there for now since they don't transfer to paypal amounts over 1K.
Well, Monday is almost over and nothing...
No replies to tickets either.
Did I just get scammed???

It was just a Paypal withdrawal from my DN account. Maybe, this is the standard automatic email they send.

However, 5 days and still "Waiting to be processed".
In the future, I will use only escrow.com and no DN!

Withdraw money to US bank account will cost the fees at a bank in China and a bank in the U.S. So, you pay double fees. It cost me $60 for my first withdraw.

Done about 5 transactions with DN. I'd say lots of problem.

I've used them in the past and have been paid, but DN recently passed a policy where they require photo ID from their customers so that's going to mean the end of me doing business with them. There's no way I'm opening myself up to identity theft by entrusting my ID to a company located in the world's center for hackers and cyber criminals.

I have a transaction with DN. I've pushed 2 domains to buyers account 7 days ago. I contacted the buyers multiple times to accept the domain names and to release the fund, but no response. Four days ago (Thursday), I contacted DN and DN said the buyer will verify on Monday because he was on vacation. I email the buyer again and this time he responded me that he will do it on Monday. Now, it's Tuesday (China time and Chinese buyer) but he still does nothing.

DN allows buyer to delay the process for a week for no reason. I don't think Escrow would do this. It seems DN doesn't do its work. This will be my last transaction with them. Read my previous posts in this threads for all the problems with DN.

I'm not sure I understand what you expect them to do about this.

DN.com has the option of putting the domain in escrow. If you're going to use them again, then that's the best way to go because you just have to deliver the domain to DN.com and then you're done. They take care of getting the domain to the customer.

If I remember correctly, you have to personally send funds ($1,000 limit) to their email address. Don't forget to add your DN.com customer account number so that they know who sent the funds.

I think it takes 24 hours to process.
