discuss Is DN.com a scam?? You decide

I have used escrow.com for many years doing close to 1k transactions. I never had any issues. DN.com seems like scam. After buyer accepts merchandise they are supposed to release the funds.
1. They write some email in Chinese.
2. They asking for some crazy documentation that I provide ,later they don't answer.
3. They don't answer emails for weeks.
4. I am waiting for months for my money when they have to release it next day.
5. It seems to be scam to me.
6. I am waiting for $5,700 now that were supposed to be paid 1 week ago.
7. CAN ANYONE HELP??? It seems like a scam to me.
Can someone please tell me what to do. They are not answering emails for 1 week now. They just keep my money after buyer accepted merchandise.

Have had a couple of transactions with them, for me it was all done extremely fast.
It was much faster than escrow.com.

90% of my transactions are through escrow.com though, as that's always the other sides escrow preference.

I don't mind any company, a day or 2 of wait doesn't hurt much for me.

The douches at DN.COM did same thing to me. When I wanted to withdraw my money, they asked for crazy things, like a photo of me holding my passport etc.

I didn't sent it. Who would give such documents to a Chinese company / Xi Jinping?

Its holiday season. Just try giving them a call if they are not responding.

Call them. They have a no. on their website. If it does not work, send me a PM. I will send you the contact details of a executive of their parent company i.e. http://www.4.cn

I think calling them will solve the issues.

DN.com has always been responsive and done things efficiently. We had a withdrawal we were waiting on and contacted 4.CN as well. They executed everything. Cynthia mentioned she was out of the office.

@ksusha64, you should read tos before using any services.

You shouldn't call it scam just because you don't like their rules / system. :P

dn.com is reputed escrow company just like escrow.com. dn.com follow Chinese rules whereas escrow.com follow usa rules.

they clearly mentioned that you need to get approval by submitting proof etc.,

Just dig before you create this kind of posts. JMO.
