question First experience with DN.com, I need help

I've started few days ago a push transaction on DN.com

The term agreed from me (seller) and the buyer are for domain Push.
Btw i received a form for DN.com with blank spaces for putting auth code.
Is this correct or are they wrong?

As it is push, i've no auth code to fill..
Already opened a ticket there but they are pretty slow to answer.

Anyone can help?
