Did .top just lose 430,000 registrations?!

According to Domainpunch.com, .TOP today dropped 437,000 names and are now below 3 million registrations.

Massive loss! Obviously mostly because of all these campaigns a year ago.

If your perspective as domainer is the .top, then you don't care about this 'indication'.

This is ALL I SHOULD DO as a domainer, even if the extension is .god

If not, I am more of a 'wisher'...

I have sold about 15 .xyz names and 0 via GD Auctions. However, some sales were made via Afternic's marketplace, which is owned by GD.

You are trying to compare the uncomparable things...

It is almost ten times the .top numbers. Still I can agree that it is not that much. Not enough to draw any certain conclusions.

Naturally there are many sales of 'cars' (.com / .net / .org / .biz / .info / ... / .xyz) but not many sales of 'rockets' (.top).

VISIBILITY - the most important factor here...
You can't sell anything if potential buyers don't think about your goods...

With Russian bidder - successfully ($850).
