I've never tried this, I used to kind of hate .info's but they are growing on me. So I'm wondering, I see a lot of people with developed .info sites. Are they almost as successful as a .com or .net is?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
My most successful sites are .infos. I'm #1 of ~75,000,000 on Google for my primary keyword phrase on my main site and have been for several years, plus I have solid page one rankings for many other terms. Google is absolutely fine with the .info extension, and users are perfectly willing to click on a .info in the SERPs.
Personally, for informational sites, I prefer .info to .com (but I'm not making the absurd suggestion that .infos are worth more).
