Description:
I started this site last year. The reason I started the site was because a local Golf League was in need of a website. I thought a forum would be perfect for their needs, far better then just a website. It would give them the ability to talk, share pictures, and course information, and it would also give me the benefit of running another community that could expand; unlike a standalone website. The Golf League fell apart and I was left with the site. I have never really marketed the site. The only marketing I did was posting the link on my forums (www.exotixboard.com) and various other Golf related websites. With such little effort I was able to attain 123 members and 1,900 posts. I firmly believe that with a little effort the site can grow tremendously. The vbulletin skin (version 3.5.3) was designed and coded by me; it is 100% unique and bug free. My asking price includes everything (except the VB license): The domain, the skin, all of the content, users, and posts. I think my price is more then fare; we all know communities are not easy to startup. What I am selling gives you a very decent foundation to build of off. The site makes no revenue; however I have been offered various Golf related products (golf balls, clubs, head covers etc). You are probably wondering why I am selling the site, well, I donβt Golf! Like I said previously, I started the site for a local league and I thought I could also benefit off the site. I donβt have the time, or the desire to run a site about something I am not into. I would also like to see the site reach its full potential in the hands of someone who is into Golf.
If anyone has any questions regard the site, the price, or how a community is run, please don't hesitate, let me know! I will be happy to explain in depth.
Stats for 2005 (Please Note, the site has been up since the end of February 2005. Why do the stats start in May then? There was an issue with the server at the beginning of May, and all stats where lost.

You are probably wondering why the site is not up on it's domain, and why it is in a passworded test directory? The answer to that question is, I only have 1 vbulletin license, and it is in use by www.exotiXboard.com. If I buy another, I would not be able to transfer it for 3 months. To buy another license would be completly pointless for me from a business standpoint. The site must be in a test directory and it must be passworded protected to abide with vbulletin's TOS.
