Established Community For Sale low price!

I am putting up my site, www.golfboards.net for sale. The reason as to why I am selling it is that I just don't have the time to run it anymore. It has 84 members, and almost 2000 posts. It is fully coded and has a custom skin and is running the newest version of phpbb with a few mods. It is also running Smartors Gallery app, and has over 100 images posted in it.

The site has no revenue although I have had a few offers for donations, and contests with prizes such as free head covers and golf balls etc... Definetly something of the Golf Afficianado.

Stats are not that great, but there are loyal members that visit monthly. Keep in mind I never advertised the site except on a few forums that I know, including my own. I believe with more effort the site can definetly grow to be a big community.

The starting price is $350, I am pretty flexible, so give me your best offer. If it is reasonble I will definetly consider it!

Which Firefox are you using?

I have 1.5 and it looks exactly the same as it does in IE.
