I am selling golfcoursehosting.com, a fully developed php-driven website with a database of thousands of golf courses from across the United States. The site is integrated with Adsense.

I know the site could use a better name, but what really is for sale is the website (the domain name included). Assume no traffic.

Also, I would be happy to fit the website to a different domain name of your choosing (such as the website text, banner, title, etc.).
