Delayed Transfer from PDR (public domain registry)

Hello everyone,

Please I would like to confirm how long it takes to transfer a domain from PDR ...Public Domain Registry

Made a transfer on 27th of September and it still shows pending transfer as at today 2nd of October, from my counting, I was expecting it to be the standard 5 days but it seems not so.

I want to confirm from experienced members, if this is the usual process of more than 5 days, or is there a need to raise a ticket?
