.de DE transfer to Moniker pending

Don´t know if I need to contact the support but I transfered one of my DE domains out to Moniker and it´s pending. I didn´t get the second e-mail. So there is no transfer request in my other account. Where does Moniker get the e-mail address from my de admin-c contact ?It´s not visible anymore at Denic.
I ´m afraid this transfer will not work.

This is solved but it wouldn´t have worked without support from both registrars.Next time I know why it doesn´t work if it happens with a transfer again.
