I was wondering if anyone here can give me a straight answer to the following question as DD24 appears not to want to answer this.

I have my CC on file with DD24 I have also PRE REGGED some .EU domains my question is

Is DD24 going to bill for only successful catches? or are they going to pre bill my CC then try and catch the names I am after? and what is there policy if they fail to reg any names. I am concerned because I have pre regged 50 ish names and if they are going to bill without being successful i will apprently have alot of $$ tied up in their system and no names. Not that I am worried but I NEVER use DD24 to reg any other names so it would be pointless to have thousands of dollars at DD24 and never use their services.

I also tried pre regging @ godaddy but there system has too many flaws and I dont think they will be successful in catching any names. I chose DD24 after reading how many NPer's had success with them during .IN

They bill you only for successful registration finally although to submit preregistration you need to pay 50% of registration fee. They have no extra charges (you can go to their "eufaq" page to read more). I've already used them for .tv IDNs preregistration. If preregistration is not successful they'll refund money to your dd24 account. You can use it for other registrations or pay it back to your bank account.
