DD24 were very successful in getting me .co.in / .in / .tw names in the respective landrushes.
They have failed miserably with .mobi and .eu so I tried their 'premier service' for some 20 .eu names in LR 24/25/26 etc - they got one!
In my opinion it was certainly not the best one.
